Hi everyone

I guess someone had to post something like this, and since I took up the mantle of Spreadsheet Kaiser, I guess it would be me :P

I want to start by giving out a huge Thank You! to all for still attending, keeping interest in Sky and helping me keep the spreadsheet updated. I KNOW there are still some team members that may be incomplete (I'm missing data for jobs and lots), but we've been cleaning it up nicely, so please keep the info comming.

Points and Lotting
It's been brought up to my attention that our current points system does not allow for point depreciation (aka: spending points to lot) and it feels like a "first come first served" situation... as long as you have enough points to lot.
I'll address this concern with Miro (as soon as he appears) and the rest of leadership, it's worth debating and seeing if we want to restructure this system.
Otherwise, it's been pretty smooth considering the number of pop sets we've been farming up and the gear that's been awarded out with the god kills.

Attendance and Bank
The rules say 75% or more attendance to get a share of the monthly bank, and I'm sticking with it... I don't see a reason to change this.
Also, there are team members that can only make it to one of the two weekly sessions, I want to see what we (leadership) can do to help level out the playing/lotting field here.
As many have noticed, some older SoI/QG members have been reappearing as of late, and I for one extend that welcome to stay and join in on the fun.
Lastly, a kind reminder here, keep that attendance high so we can get more kills/gear/money in the bank.
